Ed Glaeser has a Dream
Harvard economist, Ed Glaeser, gives the cure for addressing inequality: ignore the growth in income among the top .1 percent, and focus on the problems causing individuals to fall behind. In other words, focus on the left tail, not the right tail of the income distribution. To do this, focus all of our poverty interventions on education. You deal with education, you deal with a lot.
