Peter Enns in the News Again
The Chronicle of Higher Education picks up the Peter Enns story. Enns was tenured at Westminster Seminary (Philadelphia), but had his tenure revoked nonetheless because of a book he wrote which the board argued violated the seminary's mission. The faculty, interestingly, voted that it did not, and I think it was the first time in the seminary's history that the board intervened with a faculty governance issue like this.
