Caroline Kennedy

I did not realize this until this morning that Caroline Kennedy is one-half of the two-person team currently vetting Vice President candidates for Barack Obama. She is valued, the article says, in part because of her confidentiality and discretion. Her own life as a President's daughter has no doubt fully prepared her for such a task. People with whom she has been in contact have said of their meetings with her that she is very unassuming and very easy to have a rapport and intimate connection with. Some have noted the ease with which they have had conversations with her, for instance.
