Heather MacDonald on the Black Incarceration Rates

Heather MacDonald offers some insightful opinions on the high rates of Black incarceration in the US. She argues that the high rates of Black male incarceration in the US reflect higher rates of Black male offending - at least, in large part - and not due to systemic racism. I will write more on this when I read it closely.
